Bio

Hazel is a Cloud Software Architect at Caylent, she has been involved in software creation and design for over two decades, starting with on-premise applications, and then transitioning to cloud-based applications in the recent years. Her primary focus is modernizing on-premise applications to cloud environments using AWS as her cloud provider, predominantly designing high workload architectures in Serverless frameworks.

Hazel enjoys sharing her knowledge with the community through technical talks at local and international events, participating in AWS Summits, AWS Community Days, and meetups, as well as writing technical articles in both English and Spanish.

When she’s not immersed in coding or contributing to the tech community, Hazel enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and indulging in sci-fi novels. With her unwavering dedication to tech and her passion for making a positive impact, Hazel continues to be an influential force in the world of software development.
